Remarks For Hotel / Ticket / Package Booking:

1. Once a online hotel room reservation has been paid and confirmed, all guest should arrive the hotel room. All accommodation cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded (in full or part).
2. If you will buy or have bought one of outbound travel service or arrangement and this outbound travel service or arrangement is concern the same trip with the outbound travel service or arrangement which is planning to buy now, please contact us immediately. Therefore, we can combine them together to pay the franking receipts. Then, you have protection by Travel Industry Compensation Fund.
3. For any payment method made such as bank transfer, please keep your bank receipt and contact our travel agent with the bank receipt by phone, whatsapp or email. Customers cannot only claim that they have finished the bank transfer without bank recipt. All depend on the payment confirmation by our travel agent.
4. Once payment is made, you should receive our invoice for confirmation of booking. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled without notice. We can only refund the payment you have made. No compensation will be paid.
5. Once receive your Hotel Voucher, please check the hotel name, passenger name, check-in & check out date.
6. After customer receive e-ticket, please check all information such as the ticket number, the name of passengers, gender, time, region, series. If any problem, please contact us before 5pm at leaving day.
