Remark:
- Hotel Price included all service charge and government tax (Some hotels in Europe and United States do not include the City Tax. Malaysia hotels does not include hotel travel tax. The taxes will be collected by hotels).
- From begining of 1-Jan-2017, Japan hotel will charge Accommodation Tax / Bathing Tax. For Accommodation Tax will be applied for hotels which rate is more than 10,000 JPY per night per person. For Bathing Tax, it will be applied for guests who staying at Ryokan or Onsen-Hotel. Guest have to pay taxes to hotel directly while check in.
- The charge for children is not included in the rate but will be applied to age or height of children. Please contact hotel for the detail.
- Some hotels do not accept children or babies to stay, please read carefully the hotel precautions.
- Some hotels in Taiwan, extra-bed and breakfast charges will be apply for children. Penalty may be taken if guests exceeds the maximum occupancy of the room, policies vary depending on the hotel. Guests with children may choose rooms which allow children to stay or pay extra-bed charges for children.
- Worldwide hotels have fixed check-in times. If guests cannot check-in at designated time, too late or too early, hotel will charge an extra service fee.
- Hotel grading is for reference only and follows the local tourist council’s standard.
- All hotel reservations depend on the confirmation from hotels.
- Surcharge will be applied for some passport holders.
- The hotel has the right to reject accommodation, without prior notice, to hotel business guests or guests using hotel to do illegal behavior.
- Once hotel reservation was confirmed, whole period guarantee is needed for the reservation. The accommodation should not be modified, cancelled or refunded in any case.
- Price may change without prior notice.
- For Instant Confirm, payment must be made before confirmation by hotel or suppliers. We will refund the payment if booking cannot be confirmed.
- Once payment is made, please check and keep the invoice. All booking items refer to the invoice shown.
- All hotel information, such as room types, facilities, should accord with the hotel website and announcement.
